Recruitment process


· The employment process can be divided into several stages, such as the signing of probation contract, the placement of new employees, pre job training, probation and formal employment.

· Probation is the enterprise's trial use of new employees, which is a further assessment of employees' ability and potential, personal quality and psychological quality.

· The formal employment of employees refers to the process of making new employees with good performance and meeting the requirements of the organization to become full members of the organization after the probation period. Generally, the employing department will assess and identify the new employees according to their specific performance during the use period, and submit it to the human resource management department. The human resource management department will formally employ the qualified employees, and sign a formal employment contract with the employees on behalf of the organization to formally clarify the responsibilities, obligations and rights of both parties.

· The formal employment contract shall generally include the following contents:

· The name, sex, address and legal social identity of the party concerned;

· The legal basis for signing the labor contract and the term of the labor contract;

· Work content, labor protection and working conditions;

· Labor remuneration, labor discipline, conditions and procedures for changing and terminating labor contracts;

· Responsibility and disposal of violating labor contract.
